McCory’s Travel Photos

A collection of images from the places that have inspired my work and shaped how I see the world

Travel has taken me to cities, coastlines and landscapes across the United States and to countries around the world. My camera has always been the way I connect with the places I visit, notice small details and hold on to the moments that stay with me long after the trip is over.

My Travels is a collection of those images. It brings together the colors, shapes, people and stories that continue to influence the way I teach and create. As you explore this gallery, I hope you find something that inspires your own sense of curiosity and adventure.

Photo of a coastal bridge over cliffs with ocean waves crashing on the beach underneath, green hills in the background, partly cloudy sky.
Nighttime view of a historic square with illuminated buildings, including a tall brick church with twin towers and a blue evening sky.
An elderly woman sitting at a doorway with a cat nearby, a cane behind her, dressed in colorful clothing and headscarf, looking contemplative.

About My Portfolio

This portfolio includes photographs from some of my travels to more than thirty countries and all fifty states. You will see a mix of landscapes, architecture, street scenes, quiet moments and places that invite you to look a little closer. Each image reflects my approach to travel photography, which focuses on light, composition, timing and capturing a real sense of place.
