Hello! Welcome to Click Travel Photos
I’m McCory James (yes, my first name is McCory 😁).
I help travelers take photos they are proud of. After visiting all 50 states and more than 30 countries, I created Click Travel Photos to share what I have learned about light, composition, timing and telling a meaningful story through your images. My workshops and tours are friendly, hands on and built for real world travel. You do not need fancy gear or years of experience. You only need curiosity and a desire to improve.
I started my career as a full-time professional photographer in 2002. In my studio I blend travel photography and fine art projects with wedding and event photography. I have been a guest lecturer for many organizations from the Colorado Art Institute to the Denver Art Museum and have also taught at the college level. I have also had my work exhibited in galleries and businesses around the world (the most surprising one was a show in the government buildings of Santiago, Chile!)
